Jenaya has had the privilege of teaching for over two decades. She received her training through RCM with a focus on pedagogy. She specializes in helping beginners establish proper technique, artistry and performance skills, and an understanding of basic theory concepts.

Jenaya believes that while hard work pays off, the best motivator is an intrinsic love of music and a feeling of personal accomplishment. Each student is encouraged to reach their full potential as artists, to cultivate a life-long love of music, and to ultimately enjoy sharing it with others.

While taking examinations is not required, her students have frequently achieved First Class Honours on exams and have achieved outstanding results in festival competitions.
