Carmen has over 20 years of teaching experience in piano, music theory, and music history. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from UBC, obtained her ARCT in piano performance, and is a member of the BCRMTA for 25 years. As a piano accompanist for both flute and cello students, Carmen has participated in numerous RCM exams, Kiwanis music festivals, and recitals.

Carmen is fluent in English and Cantonese and can converse in Mandarin.
