Born in Guangzhou, China, Lise Tan started piano lessons at the Xinghai Music
Conservatory in Guangzhou at age of 6. She immigrated to Canada with parents
after graduating from high school. She holds a Bachelor degree in Piano
Performance from McGill University and Artist Diploma from the Montreal Music
Conservatory. She also had masterclasses with renowned pianists including Jane
Coop, John Perry, Jean Saulnier. She has been working as a piano teacher and
accompanist since 2012.
